Lessons are invoiced monthly along with any books, exam fees or other resources. Payment can be made via cheque or cash and must be made before the 21st of the month.

If you must cancel a lesson, 7 days notice is required. If 7 days notice is not given, the lesson must be paid for in full. If more than 7 days notice is given, the lesson fee is waived. If the lesson has already been paid for, the cost will be deducted from the following month’s fees. If a lesson is cancelled by Louise, there is no charge.

If you wish to rearrange a lesson, please contact Louise as soon as possible so an alternative time can be arranged.

If you no longer wish to continue with your lessons, two week’s notice is required.
